DIY info

There is a special satisfaction that comes with a job you complete by yourself. However, do it yourself projects can sometimes become a problem without guidance. We are always willing to give you advice on how to install your flooring in the store and over the phone, but sometimes you need hands-on experience. We offer a tech service provided by our professional installation crew. All the advice you receive will be specific to your situation. There is no such thing as a ‘one-size-fits-all' approach to installing flooring. You get the benefits of years of experience to show you the tricks and the knowledge necessary to install your new floors properly.

Helping you succeed

You will get 2 hours of one-on-one instructions in your home with an installer who supplies you with helpful hints and tips on how to correctly install your new flooring. Our installers grab their knee pads and go through each step of the installation process alongside you. This can cut your remodeling time in half and can help to avoid costly mistakes. Each project is different and requires unique attention and our installers are happy to help.
